I had a quick search of both here and Skyrim Nexus, but couldn't find anything.

Basically I hate the Dwemer Armor currently in Skyrim and wonder if anyone with the skills, would be able to import or recreate the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Dwemer_Armor into Skyrim.

better off just making from scratch, its illegal to port vanella assets (probably wouldnt look good anyways, way too low poly) and porting community made stuff usually requires permission, even then it takes an expert to adapt to a different game

As iron said, you can't import stuff from a previous title, it is against the license agreement. However, I believe modders made Morrowind themed Dwemer armor for Oblivion from scratch, which can be ported. I can't remember if it was Hel Borne or someone else who made it....Hel Borne made a lot of good Morrowind themed stuff for Oblivion though. This isn't a CK task btw, it is primarily other tools.

This is something i have been looking into doing (I hate the new armour) - im waiting for the CK to be released so i know how it differs from the other games, and how it all works - but the modelling of the armour would be fairly simple to do, i feel.

Would be nice if there were Oblivion styled Dwarven armors as well. Just not that helm...
