Ok, i was trying to gather those red nirnroots from Blackreach, it is tedious as hell to say the list but i got them all so isaved my game after doing this, some time later i noticed some sort of steam while playing in first person view, so i switched to third person view and to my surprise my character had the very same effect those Dwarven centurion machines have, they're columns of steam and sparks coming out of my character....I don't like the way it looks, but that's not even the worst part, the glitch affects my game in a terrible way because IT DOES affect my sneaking ability and i rely heavily on that, besides i haven't completed the thieves guild and dark brotherhood quest-lines (which i think will require some degree of stealthiness).

To sum it up, i think it looks terrible having a character that looks just like a dwemer centurion AND even worst than that my sneaking skills can no longer be used because i am very easily detected thanks to the bug (i have a high sneaking skill of 80 i was hard to detect and now it's practically useless) probably because of the steam and sparks flying around my character.

I have tried sleeping,waiting for a week, turning off the console, jail , changing armor and weapons, turning into a werewolf, deleting game data and re-installing the 1.5 patch, using flame cloaks, fast traveling....i am out of ideas.

Someone help!! I can't reload an earlier game because the other save file i have is nearly two weeks old....using that one would mean losing days worth of looting and skill leveling.

As you're on a console, your options are pretty much limited to reloading your other save, especially after trying just about every other play in the book, so to speak.

Unless you'd rather make a new character...?

Yeah, perhaps i will wait and put Skyrim on hold for a few days and see what else i can do tho i have tried everything...I have been looking all over for a fix on this and unfortunately all i have been able to gather is some people having the same problems but no one knows how to get rid of it.
A piece of advice, NEVER use aura whisper while you are on Blackreach....that seems to be the cause, at least it is what other people and i have in common, after fighting Dwemer centurions you might end up getting this very same problems...But making a new character would mean building him up all over again right?That wouldn't be an option since i have worked too hard to make my current one a godly warrior...Thanks anyway for your reply bro.
