I've run 3 characters through the new DLC and still haven't found either of these. Anyone know where they are?

wind cloak spell is with neloth and the dwemer is in a dwemer ruin that i don't remember the name but you need resonance stones or whatever they are called to get the follower

The followers are at Kagrumez. It's just south of the Temple of Miraak

wind spell requires a fetch quest to get
the dwemer followers are rewards for a puzzle/hidden keys type quest from a ruin that starts with k
not even gonna try to spell it
