Sorry if my spelling is atrocious while I ask this. I know it's been years since I played Bloodmoon and I haven't played Dragonborn yet but I don't remember dwemer ruins on Solsteim. I'm kind of curious how they emerged and was wandering if someone can explain this for me please.

Not really a question there lol but I would appreciate any input. This is purely curiosity and nothing more. Sorry if in wrong forum (It's late and I'm confused)

It says in Dragonborn that some got unearthed because of the eruption of red mountain. (If im remembering right)

Some were buried, some rose up, for reasons that are explained within, actually.
I didn't expect it to be cell-by-cell the Solstheim from Morrowind.
