dx11 reflection view range

how come dx11 reflection doesnt show from close up but when i move back it slowly "particleizes" into existence?? i could give screenshots of wat i mean, any1 have this problem or is it just me?

btw 2 ati 5750s svck ... and like we care that u have Xfire set up... HD5750 is like gtx 440 or smth and its really really weak so dont expect ull get something awsome from it :P
