Ok so I have spent around 90% of my time on this game with Lydia ever since I bought my first house in Whiterun. We did so much adventuring together and loved each others company but because of the bug she just wouldn't marry me so I married aela the huntress on the rebound. I spent quite a few months away from the game and picked it up again a few weeks ago. Things with Aela have been great but for some reason (probably another damn bug) she wouldn't move to my new dlc house near solitude so I made her stay at my house in solitude and have been going solo ever since. Anyway on my adventures I came across a young girl sleeping rough in windelm and decided to adopt her sending her to my dlc house near solitude so imagine my surprise when I went to visit Sofia and was met by Aela too! When I spoke to her and asked her hiw her and Sofia were getting on she started giving me earache about me making them live in a horrible damp swamp constantly fending of attacks from various nasties lmao sorry to babble on u guys probably already experienced this first hand but as a married man I use this game to escape real life and its like the mrs has somehow found a way to keep up the nagging

For being a wild woman, Aela seems to dislike any Hearthfire homes.

However her moving there is no surprise.

My orc was married to Ghorbash and they lived in Lakeview, a hearthfire home. She adopted Sofia and had her live at Hjerim in Windhelm. Well guess who just showed up? Ghorbash. No big deal but since he is also the steward for Lakeview, he goes missing from time to time.
