The last summer ( 2011), me and my friend shared an interest in playing on our old n64, so we started eventually to play games together on it and buy games at the pawn shop that were reminding our childhood. A summer day, we went to the local pawnshop and were astonished when we saw earthworm jim 3d ( on the n64 ) cartridge. We totally forgot this game was existing but at the moment we saw it, it reminds us that we already played that game when young. We couldn't remember anything about it, but we wanted badly to buy it and try it. So we did.
after playing a little with it, I totally felt like ''in charm'' with that game. Altought it wasn't a great success for the n64, that game is really underrated and well, I just wanted to finish it. It took me about 6-7 months to finish this game, considering I was playing occasionnally. It was a really though game indeed, and very weird. For sure, I was disappointed the more I was advancing in the game. Levels seems to be weirder and unappealing the more we're advancing in the game.
and the end just totally was disapoointing .
But today I'm posting a thread more about the game development. I recently make a lot of research on the net about the game development, and learned that it has constantely changed over the years of development. I even found some old screenshots from a magazine that was showing a different ( early ) built of the game: levels, models and almost everything was different from the retail version.
