Okay so ... This is my second time having to wiz and waz through this pointless [censored] stupid maze JUST to get to the soul cairn... I hate this place... Is there just an easier way to get there than an hour of going through underground tunnels in HOPE that I might find it?

You can port to balcony that leads to the studies.But what I hate is when you are in the soul cairn,I love the place just wish it had its own map.

Go to the room where the stairs going into the Soul Cairn are. Go up to the platform with the container you put the ingredients in and look across the room. There is a doorway up a short flight of staris to your left. That leads to the Castle Volikar Balcony. When you go out that door it puts a map marker you can fast travel to.
