Easter Eggs-Spoilers? Is there a ToddTest area in Skyrim etc : V

In Morrowind U could COC (fast travel by the console by typing COC then the place U wanted to go) Can U do that in Skyrim? And if so, in Skyrim is there anyplace or anything like the ToddTest area U could go to and see all the armor and weapons in the game? Also is there a code to add an item, such as even one free unique kick-ass enchanted weapon (like a daedric soul trap blade) or (daedric crescent unique) or anything like that so that a starter character can survive long enuff to discover who he/she really wants to be? LOL

Also are there any better bodies and better heads/hair mods for Skyrim yet? Or even a 'Rim's Beauty Shop? Hoping somebody makes a SnowElves Mod! The one for Morrowind was so fun, that i regreted i did not find it sooner!
