I like when my sneak raises when I'm in the middle of nowhere and I didn't see something that would have caused it. So scary.

This is nothing close to being a tutorial lol. All you found was a way to exploit a skill in the game........congrats? whats the point of playing then? Also you just hurting yourself, since your going to level to quick and get mauled out in the wild. Way to go!

The way it was intended... or a "sneaky" game-breaking way.

Getting sneak up is just too easy, it does not really require an exploit, just stay in crouch position while wandering around the towns, as you go in and out of hiding the sneak level raises, I discovered this while in riverwood.
