Hi, can anyone tell me how to get some Ebony Ingot? Can't find it at any Blacksmith..

You can find them at vendors occasionally but there are only a few places where you can mine ebony. Sadly I can't think of any off the top of my head.

they start selling them at general goods and blacksmiths in the mid 20's also theres 2 mines i know of. SouthWest of Windhelm theres an orcish stronghold
Naz-something, behind that is Gloodbound Mine which has 48 Ebony ores in it also a town north of Riften, Shor Stone has a mine with a few in it also. it takes between 1 and 2 ingame months for the veins to respawn.

I think you can mine a few at the very top of the throat of the world.

South of Windhelm, clearing the place out should net you about 30 bars. Don't attack/steal from the Orcs or be ready for a world of hurt, but mining is fine.

There is a ebony mine at a ork stronghold SE of windhelm called narzulbur which give me about 20 ebony ingots

Shor's Reach (something like that) mine has quite a bit of Ebony ore. The peak (very top, not the throat of the world, even further up) of High Hrothgar has also has ebony. Merchants don't start selling it till around level 25.

I'll warn you now, don't make the Ebony Armor set.

The Heavy Armor perk Matched Set does not apply to the Ebony set at the moment for some stupid reason. Weapons and the shield however should be ok to create.
