So I went in the editor to make spells more unique and powerful to fit my character since i'm using the uncapper. However, one thing i notice is that when i cast Blizzard in town, NPCS don't react to them getting affected by it unless they are already hostile. I want to fix that but im' not sure what to change. Also the same thing happens with fire storm. Only casting lighting storm causes immediate hostility like regular spells. What should I tweak to fix that issue?
