Editting Fallout.ini and disabling bEnableEyefinity

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 10:35 pm

I'm currently trying to get my UI to stay in the center panel of my Eyefinity setup and was having trouble getting any of the settings to actually change anything at all, at least until I actually turned off bEnableEyefinity. Am I managing to screw this up somehow, or does that setting automatically shoehorn the system into some very predefined settings?

In truth out of the box it actually supported it pretty well, although the UI was bleeding into the outer screens by about 100px or so, and the text was all screwed like what would happen in Fallout 3, but the popup windows like the character creation actually were already scaled appropriately.

Funny, I disabled the Eyefinity option in the .ini as well and now I can get the UI centered. I haven't seen anything else affected by setting the Eyefinity option to 0. The fonts on the computer terminals are still blurry and hard to make out for me so trying to figure out to fix that still. The fonts on the pipboy are also a bit blurry but I can make it out enough to use it.
