Does anyone know if a elder scroll is featuring in TESO? Or is it not been mentioned?

Also on a side not, is Harkon going to be in TESO? He serves Molag Bal and it would be a great vampire faction.

Aside from being emperor, it's what we're fighting for in pvp. Each scroll gives the faction that has it a buff.
