My reading and writing has never be very good, So playing MMO has be hard in the pasts.

I am hoping that on XboxOne i will be able to do party chat in the game.

Do you think I will be able to, your not ?

And do you think that being able to take on party chat will make playing ESO more fun?

Oh course you will be able to, a game without voice chat would svck... especially MMOs

I'm sure they thought of something as simple as person-to-person communication.

I do hope, however, that if they give voice chat to XB1/PS4, they offer some sort of way of getting cheap or free Teamspeak/Vent/Mumble servers, perhaps a way of reserving channels and such for use. Something like that, anyway. Would be a great move, IMO.
