I wrote the Oblivion SS Manager (almost 3 years ago), but this is more of an expanded version, works with Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim. It can detect if the UAE is storing your screenshots and if Steam is present on the game. There's a GUI to allow you to start/stop the Manager, along with setting up the ability for it to run each time you login to Windows. You can also "on the fly" select the quality in the GUI.

It converts the bmp's to date stamped JPEGs into your "My Games" folder for the game in question, a "Screen Shots" folder will have them.

As of current, TESNexus has the link (and will continue to have it), all others point to it instead, as of writing I cannot finish the Skyrim entry on TESNexus (as they're having issues with the site, wish them luck on getting them corrected).
