I remember the Wikia page saying Elemental Fury has a bug where once you use it your default weapon speeds get cut in half. From the wikia:

"There is a glitch that permanently slows down the player's weapons while not using this shout. Weapon speed is halved."

Is this still true? I just got this shout on my dual-wielder, want to know if it is glitched or not before I use the shout.

I have never used that shout. I enchant all my weapons, so the shout can't benefit those.

The only bug I've encountered has been when the wind animation/sound has stuck to my weapon even after the shout has worn off. But if you're game has the bug, there's really no way for you to know for sure until you try.

One of my Kahjiits uses this shout more than anyother and I've had absolutly no problems whatsoever, I only use the one word shout to increase the recharge on it so I'm not sure if that has an effect or not.

About the only shout my current character uses is Become Ethereal. It's like an "I'm totally screwed and need a safe escape" tactic.

Did some Googling. There's a Steam discussion from last November that says it affects your right hand weapon when dual wielding (because EF only affects the left hand speed, since that's the weapon that determines your dual-wielding speed). Simply sheathing your weapons is supposed to fix it. It might have been fixed permanently in one of the early patches. I've never encountered the bug when dual-wielding.
