1 Emperor. Ok. How about Archmage, Master-At-Arms, Etc

Post » Sun Feb 03, 2013 7:53 pm

I am just getting involved in forums myself. From what I have read, one lucky player could establish himself as Emperor and attempt to bring the entire realm under one rule.

Could within those competing factions for the throne, there also be established each an Office of the Archmage, Office of Master at Arms, an office for the head assassin to the faction rules, head thief, (albeit the last positions would be clandestine in nature), etc etc. Seems it would give more class specific targets to aim for as well as open up more unique 'positions of authority and power' to players.

Just a thought, I welcome any comments.

Thanks, long time fan here!

I don't think the "emperor" will last long... This is the Interregnum. The whole point of it is that there was turmoil until Tiber Septim came onto the scene at the end of the second era.

A player could become the Emperor but other and factions will be looking at taking his crown. So this seat will be hotly contested by other players.

It was said during the Interregnum there were so many Emperors, most of their names were not even recorded in the history books. It's not as meaningful as being Emperor would be in say, the Third Era.

The Emperor's who did get a seat were only sitting down for a short time.
It all happened too quick for anyone to record it or for it to make an impact.
