Why is it that your completing this mission,ie assassinating the Emperor has absolutely zero effect on the game? There is no rioting in the streets, no clamp down by the Imperials, no moves by the Thalmor to totally take over. Hell's teeth, it isn't even remarked upon! Seriously WTF?

It's not like our world where we have instant messaging and telephones.


The Thalmor have plans and I doubt they'll just rush in and start another war just because the Emperor died.

there is civil war, thalamor wants to conquere Tamriel, and this is medival fantasy world(No tweeter gasp[But I would like to see tweeters of some of TES characters.]) , I frankly doubt that Elder council in that situation will come out and say hey guys you know our monarch has been killed!
