Do Enchanted Weapons Recharge Over Time? : V

I thought you needed to use a soul gem to recharge a weapon, but I've noticed, at least sometimes, when I have a weapon unsheathed but not using it that the charge slowly regenerates. Is that normal?

No weapon..that I am aware of...regenerates at all.

Dawnbreaker is the only sword that regenerates its enchantment. You may just be using soul syphon without knowing it.

Only way to 'recharge' it without a soul gem is soul siphon...

You have a glitch if anything.
