Anyone else disappointed that you can't add damage effects to worn items? In Oblivion used to make drain health rings and reverse-pickpocket them onto NPCs. I also used to make a ring that does 1pt Fire Damage to self plus 10% Resist Fire, and run around like the Human Torch.

I can't do these things in Skyrim. :sadvaultboy:
