How do I get the percent up on my enchantments. I destroy something that is say 25 then when I put it on something else it's only 4. Does is have to do with soul gems? Also how do you fill the greater soul gem?

One last question. Is there someone in Skyrim that I can have enchant things for a price?

I really think I'm going to start putting perk point in this category along with smithing. Anyone do this and like it?

You can make heaps of iron daggers, then enchant them. You have to mass enchant them.

You fill a greater soul gem by killing high level monsters that you should find when you are at higher levels.

I haven't met anyone who will enchant your weapons.

Well I play a sneaky assassin that kills people in one hit. There is not much use for enchants for me. But I do want better enchanted armor.
