So I have located all the enclave power armor

For the helm you need to go the Silver Mines up North way in the back behind a closed fence.
The power armor a couple options
1. Do arcades quest line
2. Go east from the east prospector camp on the River swim across and head up the rock face to the slope going up, BUT there are about 30 death claws ranging from babies to Alpha and mother death claws you will have to fight and they do not come one at a time but like 6-8. After you fight them look around the area for 2 dead bodies one of which is wearing B.O.S power armor (the full set) and another is just wearing Enclave power armor no helm they can be hard to spot. If you walk past the Death claw nest you've gone to far.

As far as I know this is the only areas in the game to get it and Ive been friggen everywhere with the explorer perk.

Just did the deathclaw thing, and there is a tribeam laser and a special plasma rifle there too. The plasma rifle is called the "Multipas Rifle."

How do you get power armor training though?

Either finish the Brotherhood of Steel quests and become one of them, or do Arcades mission.

Was it on the two dead bodies?

Im wondering if its one of those things where like the veteran ranger armor it takes a certain level or point in the game for it to spawn my guy was already 30 and had done the Arcade quest when I found it there.
