I know this is a common issue, but I cannot complete End of the Line mission for the Institute as the door into the Railroad will not open. I have tried passing through the wall with power armor, but that hasn't worked. Will this be addressed in a patch? If I have to start over now or back up a couple days in saves in going to be pissed.

I had this same problem, but let me tell you that you can definitely use the power armor glitch that allows you to pass through the walls to solve this.

It takes a bunch of trial and error, and I found that when you exit the power armor it still looks like you are in the outside hallway, you need to step backwards through the wall and turn to complete the glitch, once you see the blue sky and partial walls, you can then walk forward and be on the other side of the locked entrance.

There is also a guy who was able to jump backwards through the wall somehow.

Hope this helps, otherwise it really svcks that you cannot complete the game because of this broken quest.
