With the upcoming movie that looks interesting I've been thinking about reading the book. I've heard people mention it for a good read but I was wondering if anyone can give me an opinion on it?

Ender's Game is easily one of my favorite books. But the real masterpiece is the book after it. Speaker for the Dead. Which, was actually written first.(but published second) Ender's Game came about as a way to give backstory to Speaker for the Dead.

Ender's Game is a great book written by a horrible person. I recommend reading the book but I wouldn't get all starry eyed about Orson Scott Card.

I had to look him up to know what you guys were talking about. Yeah, svcks that buying the book will put money in his pocket.... Wonder if I can pick it up used or borrow it from a friend.

It is an epic book with one of the deadliest weapons I have heard. It also is good if you like space and military tactics.
