So Ive been reading that there is alot of bugs in dawnguard, i havent had any untill my most recent save, it just hangs on the loading screen and never loads and when i alt tab out skyrim is not responding. Is there any way to fix this? or do i need to wait for a patch? Or... is my save dead and i will have to start a new game?

Ive tried all the tricks like uninstalling mods and so on nothing seams to work.
