Enemies killing me in 1-2 hits on Adept : V

Hey guys, having a huge problem here. I'm getting killed within 1-2 hits on a consistent basis by enemies like Falmer. Any idea what mod is causing this? I know ACE is supposed to make the game harder but this is pure insanity.

Also, are any of my mods dirty? Im very paranoid about that! Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken, ASIS has an automatic perks function that can give NPCs perks appropriate for their skills. That may account for some of it. And yeah, those Falmer archers rip me apart if I'm not careful.

Surprisingly its not the archers but just regular melee Falmer. It makes dungeon crawling almost impossible.

And, just got one hit killed by a regular Falmer on Novice difficulty at level 16. And my game instantly crashed trying to auto reload my save. God, Skyrim you are mega frustrating sometimes.

The only thing I see that could actually improve the difficulty would be ACE, but I'm no expert when it comes to mod problems.
