enemies that are sometimes a pain?

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 9:20 am

For me

1. Hagraven( That fireball it spams can kill me in seconds if i'm not careful)
2.Mages ( ward spells help me out now but man 2 or more mages and a atronach can be deadly)
3. Falmer( they hit hard but I believe I wasn't suppose to be in that area at my level so who knows)
4.Trolls( regenerate health is the main problem)
5. Dragons( Yes I know dragons are easy but playing on master one shout can kill you instantly and I rarely use bows for dragons because it takes the challenge out of the fight)

Which enemies are sometimes a pain for you? If nobody sometimes gives you trouble who use to give you trouble?

Sabre cat's at a low level. It's like the cougars in oblivion. Fast, strong, and hit's like a mopho. By the way, anyone run into those giant (I mean gigantic) bears show in the Bethesda vids? I haven't seen any

As a heavy armour sword/board style I don't get many problems, the only real pain in the butt is any thing that can knockdown/disarm me.

Mages with high powered fireballs.

Guys that disarm.

That's pretty much it.

Anything that spams Fireballs. Dragon Priests, Fire Mages, the occasional Hagraven. They all annoy me.

Dragons are pretty sturdy, but they're not too bad.

Steam centurians. if they see me before I see them they hit me with their steam blast before I get into range. Basically a strong dragons breath.

high level draugr, those ice spikes of theirs are waaaaaaaaaaaaay op, and compared to your spells its just pathetic how weak you are

falmer bugs, thsoe bugs that are always in falmer areas, those things are deadly when they get near you

guards, they are downed easily enough but when they swarm it takes a lot of arrows/magicka to take them all down

There ones that are the biggest pain to me are Slaughterfish. And that's because the game doesn't let us fight back.

There is this enemy I hate (can't think of the name right now) but they do some kind of shout that can knock your sword and shield out of your hands. They are a pain in the ass but not impossible to beat

i got an elder scroll and learned dragonrend and went to sovengarde to fight alduin with the last 3 to banish him in the final fight, and right before that you have to fight a sovengarde ghost as a gatekeeper to talk to those last 3 warriors to beat alduin and send him forward in time instead of killing him, and he was a major pain for some reason.

also after you find out ancenon or whatever is the bad guy at end of mages quest, the fight against him gets highly annoying.

Foresworn Briars with their fireballs. Deadly as sin. One is stopping me with his two Hagraven mates from approaching a Dragon Wall. It seems I need a lot more magicka to deal with this guy. He killed me 17 times while trying different strategies. I gave up. godmode? (Ack! Perish the thought! )

Trolls: they regen too fast if you dont have real good destruction.

Undead: a pain for poison reliant thieves, such as me.

i dont know how to add them, and you obviously already beat the questlines anyways so no need to pms on me.

No, I haven't. I've only just begun the main quest arc, and the game has been out for barely more than a week. Want to enlighten me as to how it's obvious that I've beaten the questlines?

Perhaps some others haven't found out about it and they don't want it spoiled for them, either?

Tell you what, I'll just report your post and let someone else clean it up for you while you learn how to think about the fact that you're posting in the General section of the forum, where it's said in a sticky thread at the top DO NOT POST SPOILERS.

Good job.

Clue: Notice those brackets when you quote someone? Try putting the word "spoiler" in between brackets before some bit that might spoil details for others, when then add the same after the spoiling bit with a / before "spoiler" inside the brackets. Congratulations.

Those falmer bugs! Hardest fight i've had in the whole game in that watch tower. I'lso shanking that guy in the prison wasn't so for a warrior stripped of his gear with no 1H or magic. I just went berserk rage and stabbed like a madman.

I'd muster the effort to be insulted if you could actually spell.

Alas, you cannot, therefore, I won't.

I second that. I'm level 27 and they're still able to nearly one-hit me with an ARROW.
