I came back to Skyrim from 1.5. But i noticed 2 interface problems, compass markers go beyond the compass and enemy hp gui won't update. I mean I hit the enemy yet his hp always full until they are dead. I reinstalled Skyrim, same problem. Deleted all folders (my games-skyrim, user app data, steam). Redownloaded Skyrim from steam, also started with clean new save with no mods still the same. My drivers are updated, even tried with clean Win 7 install. Is it possible to fix this issue with ini tweaks or mods? (I tried unofficial patch).

If I remember correctly, you must revert to older drivers for your gpu. Your card is an ATI?

Yes, it worked! I'm using 6950 and downgraded from 12.7 beta to 12.6. Thank you.
