Skyrim got lot of frost resist because of Nord, ice wrath, frost troll...etc
Dragonborn got fire resist like dunmer, and ash wrath from what I heard.

But it seem shock element is like there are no resist beside those astronach. In previous elderscroll game is there any other enemy type that actually got shock resist??
