I have came across a bug where, days before the Dragonborn DLC came out, Enthir won't give the Option to Barter with him.
I'm the Archmage of the COW, and he is always telling me that thing where he says something like, "If you need anything illegal, come talk to me" or whatever he says, but there's no Option to Barter with him.

It's a Huge shame considering he's one of the best Mage based Vendors in the game.

Anyone know a way of resolving this?
