i was curious if it is possible to carry a fire staff in one hand and a healing staff in the other? or r they considered 2 handed weapons? like how skyrim was.. i know the game isnt out but just curious if anyone had an idea.

They have told us that you have 6 weapons slots.

Two handed

Duel wield

One hand and shield

Bow

Healing staff

Combat staff

So, as far as I see, you can not wield both.

I would say it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to equip an off-hand weapon while wielding a staff. As Frak pointed out, they have made a point to differentiate between "one-handed weapons" and "staves" in the past. So, while staves are technically wielded only in one hand, they are treated differently than one-handed melee weapons.

You can have one in each slot, and swap between the two when you choose.

there should be wands made for this kind of problem.

they could be a bit weaker from staves.

wands have been lesser versions of staves in every fantasygame that has existed.

and i don't mean the potter style wands, i'm talking more like mace stylish wands.

i know, maybe it was a bad idea then. all i tried was to solve this dualwielding problem. sorry for upsetting so many.

edit: well maybe if they were called 1-h staves instead of wands, would it be better?
