I cannot sign into my character from the character load screen. I click the "Play" button with my character selected and it takes me to the load screen reading:

"Please wait

Requesting character load..."

Then after waiting several minutes it kicks me back out to the character selection screen and says:

"Error 310 (6:3:2559:2)

Failed Transfer"

Anyone else having this issue?
