DeviceString: NVIDIA Quadro FX 4500

Could this also be an issue? I remember the 2004 release of Doom 3 having problems with Quadro graphics cards. Generally speaking, the feature sets on these cards (both hardware and driver) are specialized for CAD and other professional grade uses, not for gaming.
