the problem is that when i try to open dishonored by double-clicking the deskop file its give me a message saying:

Failed to find file for package Startup_LOC for async preloading.

Address = 0x7c812fd3 (filename not found) [in C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernel32.dll]

Address = 0x41fc79 (filename not found) [in C:\ProgramFiles\Dishonored\Binaries\Win32\Dishonored.exe]

...

and a lot of similar things

i dont know whats happening i tried downloading it and installing it 3 times already and it's not working :/
