After giving Esbern a Dragon Bone and Dragon Scale for his miscellaneous quest, I have found that the potion that I received is bugged.
It doesn't do anything when I drink it. It's supposed to give you the Dragon Infusion perk, but the potion is not doing anything.

The quest to give Esbern the Dragon Bone and Dragon Scale also doesn't end when I give him the items.


Has anybody else encountered this bug?
