Ok well I managed to kill the main guy here have all the optional quests done, am I missing something, there is no icon on the screen to follow. So lost any ideas?

Also there is a chest hidden in a room under water need a combination, so no ideas there ether..... any ideas or help?

There is a chain you have to descend.

As for the safe, I opened it by trying all possible combinations until it was open...forgot the combination, though...

found the chain passing on the chest didn't see a relic icon or shard there.

That sunken safe, you can find the combination on a note out in the first section of the flooded district, before entering the railroad station. It's 4-2-8.

If I am remembering the location correctly, after escaping from the pit where you're confined upon waking up, if you're moving up the flooded street you have the rail station courtyard to your right, and the entry to the Greaves refinery to your left. If instead you go straight down the street to the end there's a high window on your right where you find the note. However, getting there requires you to move across the rooftops and through another apartment containing a weeper before you can get to it.
