Estimated Download Size? : V

I don't think an approximate size has been revealed, but how big do you think Hearthfire will be? I have a satellite connection with limited bandwidth and have trouble downloading large files, as it requires me to stay up between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM and even then it's slow because everybody else is downloading during that time. Since Dawnguard was in the 500MB range, and it probably used a lot more new textures, I'm thinking Hearthfire should be between 200 and 300 MB. Is that a fair assumption? Most of the housing textures should already be in the game, methinks.

Textures aren't that big compared to all new meshes, animations, creatures, huge new areas, etc. (which Dawnguard had a lot of)

If Dawnguard is around 500, then Hearthfire will likely be around 100. Since it doesn't seem to have any new creatures, spells, etc.
Just new food/construction meshes, cooking animations... smaller things like that, compared to vampire lords and Soul Cairns.

Not everybody has the luxury of downloading what they want at any time of the day. You may not care, but I care, and many other people living in rural areas do as well. They don't have cable or even DSL on my mountain. Satellite is my only highspeed option and it has bandwidth limitations.

See, now, you've said that, I've gone back to read his name using the censored word rather than how it is supposed to be read, and it sounds like the noise a donkey makes....

Back on topic, and I honestly can't see this being any more than 150 at most. There doesn't appear to be an awful lot of new content here, it's largely using assets already in game, it's just letting us utilize them differently.

I have connection problems too so I'm hoping it wont be that big imo new dialogue will be the biggest thing so I'm guessing around 100.
