This year has surprised me positively in terms of input - output ratio: the voting has been surprisingly fair, good diversity of styles!

Would love to see 2014 either in Amsterdam or Bucharest.

NL - the quality of music, the minimalist daring, the retro-charm - the perfect vocal performance hopefully at finale.

RO - I cannot ever recall dancing and laughing my ass off in such a great way at the same time - this shall not ever be repeated, likely, and only ESC could produce this, really!

Fans, cynics - what do you think? What were your impression of 2013 edition? Who could you vote, who do you miss in the final? Or do you hate the whole fuss, possibly?

I couldn't catch it here in the US. I wish I could've seen it though. So far my favorite winner would be Lordi from a few years ago.

Some people say that Eurovision is stupid, but I actually enjoy watching it. So many strange artists.

The only things I ever really liked about Eurovision are Lordi and Epic Sax Guy.

I used to really enjoy it when I was younger: I wish I still had the staying power to sit through the yearly festival of the weird and cheesy!

The first semi final is being shown here (Australia) in about 10 hours.

Always look forward to Eurovision. Will have a party for the final, everyone picks a country and prepares some food from that country's cuisine, and then we get outrageously drunk.
