They really should. I was playing, and I tried to raise another vampire, and it said that the vampire was too high of level. What the [censored]?! I'm a damn VAMPIRE LORD! What do you mean it's too high of level? It really pissed me off.

its really lame. the cool thing about soul tear is that i can resurrect anything. VL raise dead should be like this. tired of serana raising everything while my power does nothing.

I agree and if i may how do you get soul tear? i just have the other spell which drains vitality and magica.

hell i tried to raise a normal falmer and it wouldnt work because level was too high.
might as well use summon gargoyle instead.
