Has anyone here watched the greygeards fight?

The cool down on their Thu'um seems to be much shorter than that of the Dovakhiin

When they use ice form it lasts and lasts.Their fire and frost breath is also wicked.


it seems to me their shouts are more powerful than normal, or at least different from the one the Dovahkhiin has

I heard they enjoyed doing fist fights.

Uhh yeah they are the masters of the voice ......

They love fistfights...

Also the Dovakhiin is supposed to be unique in using the voice. The way i understand, he should be able to do it better than anyone else

That does not appear to be the case with the Greybeards though...

That said i only saw them use disarm, ice form, fire and frost breath

And the Dovahkiin can master the voice in a much shorter time...so their power should be equal to the Dovahkiin's.

Lorewise, I think the Dragonborn is unique only in their ability to learn Shout words rapidly through reading them, then taking the knowledge of them from a dragon's soul. Since the Greybeards have spent a lot of their much longer lives closely studying and learning the Voice, it's only natural that they'd be more proficient in it than some whelp who's piggybacking on stolen knowledge from creatures whose perspectives are at best incomprehensible to most.
