I just don't understand. I know that when they say that I look sick I need to go pray or drink a cure disease potion...I always do...but even after they are still saying that I look sick. Possible bug?

As I'm sure you know, to cure a poison you need to take a potion or worship at a shrine.

To see if you have a disease, open the magic menu and go to active effects and see if you have a disease listed. It will be highlighted red.

You need a cure disease potion... or something.

do u regularly sleep ? I found after I started sleeping on a regular bases even if it's just 1 hour in game ppl have stopped saying it

I've noticed that the alchemist in Whiterun will always tell you that you look sick and should buy one of her potions. Maybe she's the one you've been talking to?

You could try this. Go to Whiterun where the guy is preaching near the big tree in the wind district, and click the shrine behind him, hopefully this will solve your problem.

Yes, that damned alchemist is always trying to butter me up, telling me that I look pale and boasting about how well her potions cure disease. Seems like a scam, no?

This was the only thing that could have been causing people to say that to me, as I had no diseases.

I have tried all of the above...and that is possible...about the alchemist...I will have to watch who says that to me. Thanks!

You are sick. Very Very sick. And you need help...

You can find out if you have a disease or not, go to the spells menu and scroll to the bottom where it says status effects or something like that; if you have a disease there will be a negative effect of some kind in red writing, and it will tell you the name of the disease. I had one called Ataxia, think i got it off a Screever, it lowered the chance of lockpicking/pickpocketing by 25%, a cure disease potion fixed it. If there is nothing in the list then it sounds like a bug.

Happened me too. Does your character's face turn paler when you are sick? I noticed something like this.

Same thing has been happening to me ever since I turned into a werewolf. They also say "is that fur coming out of your ear?"
