Well i saw the Executioner's hood in the wiki and it said that it gives you 40 magicka points and i'm a mage so i need that ;P
Anyone knows where to find it? Didn't get it from the executioner in Solitude...

Well, you can get something that looks like a black bag when you do the Dark Brotherhood Quests, its dosent have any stats though.

The Dark Brotherhood's gear offers good boosts.

I'm also curious where to find this hood that gives 40 boost to Magicka, because there are so many different information in some topics that I don't know what is true and what not.

You can buy a hood that gives +40 Magicka from some of the teachers at the College of Winterhold.
