Err ook, desaturation for health, blurred vision for stamina but I watched the video three times and can't for the life of me figure out what the magicka visual feedback is supposed to be

As far as I can tell everything becomes blurry, especially the bright parts. Look at the roof, for example.

Bloom lighting gets turned way up. I guess casting spells dilates your pupils.
