Exit to Desktop, it's kind of bothering me now....ATI Radeon : V

So, I have about 26 hours of playtime racked up so far and been enjoying the game. The only real gripe I have is the random crash/exit to desktop, no error messages or anything just straight to desktop after black screen. The crashes always occur when I open the door to an area (Example: Going out of city, going in/out a house). The game doesn't get auto saved and sometimes I lose a little bit of play.

I went digging in the Event Viewer and was taking a look at my logs and I found some logs that might pertain to this specific issue. They all happened exactly at the time my game crashed, and they seemed to be consistent, every crash I get them. I know it has something to do with the CCC.exe process, which is the Catalyst Control Center for my ATI Radeon card.

Has anyone been having the same problem with an ATI card? Does anyone know any fix? Anyone gone digging around found the same issue?

I am completely clueless about what the logs are actually referring to, but I know it has to do with the crashes.
