So I have an interior, and I have a sunlight(BleakFallsSunlight01) set to external emittance. It works fine except it starts off "off", as in right after loading the cell the light takes about 15-20 seconds to brighten up. It doesnt kick on, it slowly goes from dark to light. Id never noticed this happening in any other Skyrim interior but Id never been looking for it either... its an issue because the sunlight is supposed to be the main light source.

Is this normal and just something I need to work around, or am I doing it wrong lol.
