Extreme Sports

Anyone else do "extreme sports"?

I snowboard, wakeboard, surf, wakesurf, bmx and (used to) paintball, if that counts as an extreme sport.

I've tried almost every regular sport there is, but they just don't provide the same experience, possibly because you can't really express your creativity through them. The only regular sport I've stuck with is wrestling, possibly because it has a good range for creativity.

This past weekend I met and talked with a few wakeboard pros and got to ride behind $150k Axis and on a 200k+ Ski Natique G23 Boat as Bob Soven (ginger from Wakebrothers) and Dean Smith (Ronix) rode behind to get shots for Transworld and Alliance Wake.

More of a traditional sport.

An extreme sport usually exists under uncontrollable environmental variables, whereas traditional sports are held under controlled circumstances.

I really want to try boxing though, maybe MMA too, since it incorporates what I've already learned from wrestling.

Boxings fun, it gets funny if you switch up styles mid round. [I'm practicing southpaw. So switching from a orthodox stance (how i learned to box) to a southpaw one throws people off]

I bathe cats, which is, at times, a rather dangerous sport requiring extreme dexterity/balance/speed and tolerance for pain.

...more seriously....no, I don't do anything of that sort, since I'm a lazy weenie with a pretty intense fear of height-falling or drowning. But I'm fine with being carried/hurled around the room at near sonic speeds during a vigorous dance routine.
I watch people doing stuff like flying at high speed off a mountain via their skis or boards and admire their insane courage, but it's not for me. :D
