So while I was hanging out with my fellow thieves in the ratway I found this note on top of a barrel stating " Keep an eye on Sapphire. There's more to her than meets the eye." So I've been keeping an eye on her and she hasn't done anything special....yet. So I'm wondering if anyone actually saw her do anything out of the ordinary?

I think the note is there to prompt you to speak to her. She has some dialogue options to find out a (very) little about her.

Oh hmm I thought she was a vampire because she has a weird purplish hue around her eyes. But maybe you're right.

A Detect Dead spell will tell you for sure.
I suspect there was something more planned for her and Rune that's not in the game.

yes i agree with A.B about that...it's just what remains of a quest about rune /sapphire ( possibly)

I wish we could learn more about Rune, they could have at least patched it in D:
