Face changes to remain if Dawnguard isn't installed? : V

If I install Dawnguard and change my face by Galathil in the Ragged Flagon, will my new appearance remain after uninstalling the DLC? (Xbox 360)

PS: How do I remove tags?

Why don't you untick dawnguard.esm from data files and see for yourself?
