Right, so I'm not sure what is causing this or how to fix it, but something has gone wrong with my NPC face tinting, I'm not sure what or when. I probably wouldn't have noticed except for Marcurio having basically my favorite male face in the whole game, and...

I haven't installed any NPC-face-customization mods except my own WIP Dark Elf face mod which doesn't touch him, but I have been fiddling in general, and something might have gone loopy in my installing-and-uninstalling of other things. I'm not seeing any altered face tint texture files in my Data folder but I suppose they might be hidden in a BSA somewhere, if it's a problem with some actual mod? Anyway, this clearly cannot be allowed to stand, so can someone please help me get him to wipe of that damn makeup because the Jack Sparrow look is not working for him. I don't know how to post my load order either, so if someone could enlighten me on that I will provide it if it's needed.
